These terms are the agreement between you and us for using stamprr. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Effective20 Oct2026
In short
Your photos and stamps are yours. We only use them to run the app for you.
stamprr. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings. The lifetime purchase is paid once.
Stamps you make or print are keepsakes. They are not postage and cannot be used to send mail.
Use the app lawfully and only with photos you have the right to use.
1. The agreement
stamprr. is made by Ramin Udash, Bildungscampus 11, 74076 Heilbronn, Germany ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
2. Who can use stamprr.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you.
3. Your account
An account is optional. While you are signed in, the app backs up your stamps for free, and you can turn this off with Save to cloud in Profile. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile, Delete account. This deletes your profile and the cloud copies of your stamps, photos, scrapbook pages and machine designs straight away; copies in our providers' encrypted backups are erased within 30 days. The stamps on your phone stay there until you delete them or the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; see section 7.
4. Your photos and stamps
You keep all rights to the photos you use and the stamps, posts and print sheets you make. You give us a limited licence to store, copy and display them only as needed to run the app for you, for example to back them up and restore them on your phones. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from encrypted backup copies that are erased within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only use photos you took or have permission to use, and respect the people in them.
5. Using the app fairly
Do not use stamprr. to:
break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
make or share content that sexually exploits children, harasses or threatens people, or promotes violence;
imitate official stamps, postage, banknotes or documents in order to deceive anyone;
try to reach other people's data, interfere with our services, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Fair use of cloud backup. Backup is meant for a personal collection. Each account can back up up to 50,000 stamps. If an account goes far beyond normal personal use, for example by storing files that are not stamps or by automated uploads, we may limit its backups after telling you, and the stamps on your phone are not affected.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
6. Stamps are not postage
The stamps you make in stamprr., including any you print, are decorative keepsakes. They have no postal value and cannot be used to pay for sending mail. Do not use them on mail in place of real postage.
When printing a sheet, choose "Actual size" in your printer settings for the stamps to print at the size shown. Print results depend on your printer and paper.
7. stamprr. Premium
Some features need stamprr. Premium, bought in the app through the App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Before you buy, the app shows the price, the length of each period and any free trial. Free users can make a limited number of stamps each day, as shown in the app.
Payment: charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials: if offered, the trial turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Managing and cancelling: in your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or in the app: Profile, Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Lifetime: paid once, with no renewal. It stays active for as long as we offer the app.
Price changes: Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement.
Your devices: on a new phone, tap Restore on the Premium screen with the same Apple ID. If you are signed in, Premium also follows your stamprr. account to your other phones.
If you live in the EU or UK, you agree that Premium starts immediately when you buy it, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started, as the law allows.
8. Our app and licence
We own the app, its stamp machines, designs, artwork and software. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork outside the stamps you make for your own use.
9. Other services
The app works with services from other companies, such as Apple, Google, Supabase and Cloudflare, listed in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for those services or for apps and sites you share your stamps to.
10. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features, and we work to keep backup available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you, for example by saving stamps to Photos. If we ever close the backup service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have kept by saving your own copies. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros if that is higher. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Profile. We may end these terms or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break them, with notice where reasonable. Sections 4, 6, 11, 12 and 15 continue after the agreement ends.
14. Apple terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and claims that the app or your use of it infringes someone's intellectual property.
You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
